Heimr at White Moose Gallery (2018)
My first solo exhibition which was held at the now defunct White Moose gallery situated in Barnstaple, North Devon. It was a great opportunity to translate what had previously been online and in print into an interactive experience for all ages. Multiple installations took advantage of additional content that could not be seen in any other context. Gallery directors Stella Levy and Julie Gavin had been supportive since 2013 when they first launched and had me on board as their inaugural gallery intern. After finishing my first degree in Photography at the University of Brighton in 2016, I moved back to North Devon and we got back in touch again. Looking back, it was a really special chance to show work in my birth town which was conceived in Iceland. Sponsored by Rainsford & James Framing and Spectrum Photographic, both based in Brighton.
